AutoReply AI is an email support automation service operated by the Gmail mailbox owner.
The AutoReply AI service connects to a Gmail account only after the mailbox owner explicitly grants OAuth authorization. Once authorized, the service processes inbound customer support emails received by the mailbox and prepares a response.
Depending on mailbox owner settings, responses are either saved as drafts for review or automatically sent as direct replies to the original sender. AutoReply AI does not initiate outbound contact and does not send bulk, marketing, or unsolicited emails. All outgoing messages are direct replies to emails initiated by the sender.

OAuth access may be revoked at any time by the mailbox owner.
